TOPAZ @ Oxford Central

The TOPAZ in Oxford city centre is social group for young people who are 13 - 19, and identify as LGBTI+ or who are questioning their sexuality or gender identity.

It is your place to talk about anything that's bothering you, get support about LGBTI+ identities or get some help with answers to those questions that you've been wondering about for ages.

We run this session once a month on a Saturday afternoon, 12.30-3.30pm. We have a space to hang out in, we have snacks as well as hot and cold drinks, we bring board games and arts and craft supplies for people to use.
And - it is completly free!

If you are nervous please email us! We all understand that nervousness of meeting new people.
In the group we offer you a safe place to be yourself and meet new people who are going through the same issues as you. You can also bring a friend along, even if they are not LGBTI+, so that you feel more comfortable.
Your family / guardians are also welcome to stay with you during your first session, and they are also welcome to ask our staff questions.

We try to be as accessible as we can at Topaz. This session is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us for aditional information.

The venue also has gender neutral bathrooms.

We will keep your sexuality or gender identity in confidence.

For specific information on where we are, please email us.

The session can be reached by many bus services into the city centre and via the oxford train station, with a walk after that. Oxford also has many pay and display car parks within the city.
